AMPHITRITE, who is unraced, was purchased by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK from Hascombe & Valiant Studs at the Tattersalls December Mare Sales. She is out of the Gr.2 placed Stakes Winner BELLE D’OR, whose dam is the Gr.3 winner GLATISANT. In addition to BELLE D’OR, GLATISANT produced the Gr.1 winners FOOTSTEPSINTHESAND and PEDRO THE GREAT, as well as the dam of Gr.1 winners CURVY and POWER.
