Last years Champion-2yo WONDERFUL MOON by SEA THE MOON won his 4th Grouprace in impressive fashion at Hannover today. Bred by Gestüt Görlsdorf, he was prepped at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN for the BBAG Yearling Sale and consigned there by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK and sold to his current connections. WONDERFUL MOON races in the colours of Stall Wasserfreunde, is trained by Henk Grewe and was ridden by Andrasch Starke.

The last race of the day at Hannover was won by the GRAF UND GRÄFIN STAUFFENBERG homebred HEMINGWAY (Champs Elysees-HEART OF AFRICA) in the colours of Galopp Club Deutschland, trained by Sascha Smrczek and ridden by Micky Cadeddu. He is the first foal and first winner out of HEART OF AFRICA. His dam produced three more foals at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN before she was sold.
