Early in the afternoon 3yo MOABIT (Azamour-Moonlight Danceuse) won in good style at Deauville. The colt, bred by Gestut am Schlossgarten seems to be a true stayer, winning over 3.000m. He was prepped for his breeder at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN for the BBAG Yearling Sale and sold there by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK for just €12.000 to Ecurie Tschopp. Trained by Eric Libaud MOABIT won his first two races in their colors before being sold to Rupert Pritchard-Gordon, for whom he won on his first outing under Maxime Guyon.

At the evening meeting at Sandown won the exciting 2yo SHAHBAR (Champs Elysees-Dahama) just under hands and heels. He is entered in the Gr.2 Champagne Stakes and Gr.2 Royal Lodge Stakes in the next couple of weeks, as well as in the Gr.1 English Derby next year. SHAHBAR was purchased by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the Tattersalls December Foal Sales from his breeder, the Australian Widden Stud, taken to Germany and further raised at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN. He then was prepped there for the Tattersalls October Sales Book I and consigned and sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK to John Warren, who was acting on behalf of Al Shaqab Racing. Trained by Marco Botti in Newmarket, the promising colt was ridden by Frankie Dettori and won on his second start.

STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK is offering an exciting bunch of yearlings this summer and autumn. Under SALES you can view what is n offer.
