12/12 FAIRFIELD FLAME 3rd in Gr.2

now 44% of the 2005 crop Blacktype

The 4yo filly FAIRFIELD FLAME (Oasis Dream-FANTASTIC FLAME) finished 3rd in the Waikato Times Gold Cup, Gr.2 in New Zealand at her first try in Pattern Company. As she is entered in a Gr.1 as well, she must have improved quite a lot, as she was only a moderate winner for David Elsworth when trained in England. However her breeders Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg have one more reason to celebrate, as this result meant, that 33% of their 9 offspring in 2005 have gained Blacktype - the others are Stakes winner BORNTOBOUGGIE and Gr.1 winner LADY MARIAN. If you count DER SPIELER (Stakes placed over hurdles) as well, 44% of the 2005 crop are Blacktype!!! Congratulations and many thanks to the other side of the globe
