Short past 3:00am foaled ZEPHYRINE a brown filly by Breeder's Cup and deutsches Derby winner SHIROCCO at Schlossgut Itlingen. Owned by Graf unhd Grafin Stauffenberg, the sister to Gr.1 winner MUTAMAM foaled the second consecutive filly by the hopeful young sire. Her yearling sister is named ZAHRA. ZEPHYRINE has a quite hopeful looking 2yo colt with John Gosden. He is named ZUIDER ZEE (by Sakhee) and is owned by HRH Princess Haya of Jordan.

It will be decided in the next few days, which stallion the dam of multiple Classic winner ZENATO (by Acatenango) will visit in 2009.
