04/09 BBAG Yearling Sale ends with a pleasant result

Five out of seven yearlings of the consignment of Schlossgut Itlingen at the BBAG Yearling Sale were sold. The most expensive one was SHE IS MADONNA (left), a filly which was sold to IVA (German International) for €100.000. The four yearlings bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg averaged more than €56.000 compared to the average of the whole sale of €30.000. In a difficult market this was a more than pleasant result.
From the three offered on behalf of Capricorn Stud, BIG EASY was the most expensive, when sold for €40.000 to Nicolas Clement in France.
